At THE FOREMAT, all sales are final.
Because our products and services are delivered digitally and grant instant access, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate digital access and waive your right to any refund or reversal once the order is placed.
Damages & Technical Issues
Upon receiving access to your files, please check your download immediately.
If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file, download failure, or access error), contact us at support@theforemat.com within 48 hours.
Technical issues will be resolved by restoring access or replacing the file — not by issuing refunds.
Non-Returnable Digital Items
All products sold through THE FOREMAT are digital and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Digital downloads (ebooks, templates, mockups, resources, guides)
- Digital services (consultations, strategy sessions, audits, custom work)
- Courses, workbooks, or trainings
- Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards
Once delivered, these items cannot be revoked, retrieved, or verified for “non-use,” which is why refunds are not possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products or services.
If you would like a different item, a new purchase must be made.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU Consumer Rights law, digital content is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once the digital service has begun or the files have been downloaded.
By purchasing from THE FOREMAT, you:
- request immediate access to the digital content
- acknowledge that access begins immediately
- waive the 14-day cancellation right
This policy complies with EU digital content regulations.
