By reading, downloading, using, or publishing with any assets from THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE, you agree to the following terms.

Personal License

Grant of Rights

The Personal License allows you to use THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE assets for non-commercial, personal projects only. This means you can use them for creative expression, mood boards, personal social media edits, and content that is not monetized in any way, including but not limited to you being enrolled in partner programs, and sharing affiliate links.

Permitted Uses

• Posting an edit on your personal Instagram or TikTok where you are not monetizing the account or content used with it (no sponsorships, ad revenue, or affiliate links).
• Creating a personal desktop wallpaper or lock screen for your phone.
• Designing a personal vision board, school project, or inspiration collage.

Restrictions

• You may not use assets in any monetized or promotional content (ex: TikTok videos with ad revenue, YouTube thumbnails for a monetized channel, or Instagram posts tied to sponsorships).
• You may not use assets in any client work, brand marketing, or professional design projects.
• You may not redistribute, share, or sell the assets in any way.

“Affiliate” License

A Basic Commercial License must be purchased if you intend to use THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE assets in monetized personal content or for client projects.

Grant of Rights

This license allows use of assets in commercial contexts, provided that the final product is shared only in rasterized, non-editable formats (such as PNG or JPEG). Editable files (PSD, AI, TIFF, etc.) may never be delivered or redistributed.

Permitted Uses

• Monetized Social Media Pages: Using the assets in YouTube thumbnails for a monetized channel, TikTok videos that earn ad revenue, or Instagram posts with affiliate links or sponsorships.
• Client Work: Creating a flyer, social media graphic, or website banner for a client, as long as you deliver the work as a flattened PNG/JPEG (not an editable file).
• Freelance Design: Selling a service where you provide finished, rasterized graphics to clients.

Restrictions

• You may not claim the assets as your own original work.
• You may not share, sell, or redistribute the files (original or modified).
• You may not provide clients with editable files (PSD, AI, Procreate, etc.).
• You may not use assets in editable templates or design packs for resale.
• You may not use assets as part of a trademark, logo, or long-term brand identity without a separate extended license.

No Sharing, Claiming, or Redistribution

You may not share, resell, redistribute, re-upload, or edit THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE assets in ways that allow others to extract or reuse them. Examples of prohibited sharing include (but are not limited to):

• Uploading files to Telegram channels, Discord servers, group drives, or Dropbox links for others to download.
• Reposting files on design forums, marketplaces, or resale websites.
• Including assets in a “freebies” bundle or downloadable template pack

Copyright & Protection

All assets from THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE are protected under U.S. Copyright Law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution may result in:

• Revoked access to purchased products
• Formal DMCA takedowns of your content (on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Legal action and financial penalties

Agreement

By using THE FOREMAT and BRATTYVICE assets under either a Personal or Commercial License, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. Violation of these terms may result in revoked access, DMCA action, and/or legal penalties.
